Terms of Use
Rules for using the Edly platform, accounts and content
Version 1.1 · Effective 28 October 2026 · Audience: All users (public)
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Edly platform at edly.uz, its apps and the Edly Telegram bot (the "Platform"), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Rahimov Feruz Furqat o'g'li, TIN 30212931010013 ("Edly"). Paid purchases are also governed by the Public Offer. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning in the Public Offer.
1. Who may use the Platform
1.1Adults (18+) may register and use the Platform.
1.2Teenagers aged 14 to 17 may use the Platform only after a Parent has linked their account and consented under the Parent and Guardian Terms. Until then a teenager may only browse public pages and take the free diagnostic without storing contact details.
1.3Children under 14 may not create an account. A Parent may use the Parent's own account to supervise study.
1.4You must give your real date of birth. Giving a false date of birth is a breach of these Terms. We may suspend an account until age and consent are verified.
1.5Mentors and admins have additional terms (the Author's Licence Agreement, Content Standards, and internal rules).
2. Your account
2.1You can sign in with Google or another method we offer. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share it. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
2.2We may keep information about your devices and sessions (device name, browser, operating system, IP address, last activity) for security. You can see and end your active sessions in your account.
2.3We may limit the number of devices or simultaneous video streams per account, and may temporarily block playback when our systems detect patterns that look like piracy or account sharing.
2.4You may delete your account at any time by writing to us at info@edly.uz. Deletion has the effects described in the Privacy Policy (records we must keep by law, such as payments, are retained for the required period).
3. Acceptable use
3.1You agree to follow the Community Rules and not to: break the law; infringe anyone's rights; upload malware; try to access other users' data or systems; probe, scan or test the security of the Platform without written permission; overload the Platform; impersonate others; harass, threaten or bully; publish sexual, violent, hateful, extremist or discriminatory content; promote gambling, fraud or pyramid schemes; collect users' personal data; advertise without permission; or use the Platform to harm minors.
3.2We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, after notice where reasonable. Serious or urgent cases (illegal content, risk to a child, piracy, fraud, security attack) may be handled immediately.
3.3Reporting. Report content or conduct at info@edly.uz. We acknowledge reports within 2 working days and act on illegal content and child-safety reports as a priority.
4. Content you submit
4.1You keep ownership of comments, ratings, assignments and other content you submit ("User Content"). You give Edly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and adapt it technically (for example resizing or translating) as needed to run the Platform, show it to the people you directed it to (for example your Mentor, other learners in a cohort; comments and reviews on a Course page are visible to anyone who opens the page), moderate it and keep backups. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for backups and content others have already lawfully shared or quoted, and for moderation records.
4.2You promise that you have the rights needed to submit User Content and that it does not break the law or others' rights.
4.3Reviews and ratings must reflect real experience. We do not pay for positive reviews. If we invite reviews (for example from founding learners), we say so and do not require a positive review. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake or unrelated.
4.4We will not use your name, photo, film or portfolio in marketing without your separate written consent (a Parent's consent for a Minor).
5. Edly content and intellectual property
5.1The Platform, Courses, videos, texts, quizzes, software, brand and design are protected by copyright and related rights, trademarks and other law. You may use them only as these Terms and your purchase allow.
5.2Do not copy, record, screen-capture, download, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile or circumvent technical protection measures (including video encryption, signed URLs and device limits). Use for AI training or data mining is prohibited.
5.3Notice and takedown. If you believe the Platform contains material that infringes your rights, follow the Copyright and Takedown Policy.
5.4Confidentiality of Course content. Paid Course content (lessons, videos, audio, slides, texts, files, quizzes and tests with their answers, assignments and model answers, live sessions and their recordings, and AI-assistant answers that reproduce lesson content) and non-public information you learn through the Platform (for example other users' personal data, unpublished Courses, feedback given to other learners) are meant only for the learners who bought access. You must never disclose, post, quote or pass them on — in Course comments or reviews, cohort chats, Telegram or other messenger groups, social networks, forums, file-sharing sites, AI services, or any other place, whether on Edly or outside it. Comments and reviews on a Course page can be read by anyone. You may describe in your own words what you learned, give your opinion of the Course, ask a question without copying the material, and share your certificate. Free preview material that Edly publishes itself is not confidential. This clause does not limit any right that mandatory law gives you, such as quoting a short extract with attribution.
6. Third-party services
6.1The Platform links to or relies on third-party services (Google sign-in, Telegram, Click, Payme, AI providers, cloud and video hosting, social networks and the tools taught in Courses). Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their content, prices or availability.
7. AI features
7.1AI features are described in the AI Use Policy. AI output can be wrong. Do not rely on it for important decisions. Do not enter sensitive personal information into AI chats.
8. Availability and changes
8.1We aim to keep the Platform available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, change features, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where they affect paid access.
8.2We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version with its date and notify registered users by e-mail, Telegram or in-app notice at least 10 days before material changes apply, unless a change is required by law or for security. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Platform and, for a paid Course affected by a material adverse change, request a refund of the unused part under the Refund Policy.
9. Disclaimers and liability
9.1The Platform and free content are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee any particular result from using the Platform (see the Public Offer, clause 2.3).
9.2Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional wrongdoing, personal injury or consumer rights that cannot be waived.
9.3To the extent the law allows, Edly is not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit, or for loss caused by your breach of these Terms, by third-party services or by events outside our reasonable control.
10. Suspension and termination
10.1You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially or repeatedly break these Terms, if required by law or an authority, or to protect users or the Platform. We will give a short written reason unless doing so would be unlawful or harm an investigation. You may appeal by writing to info@edly.uz; we review appeals within 10 working days.
11. Government and law-enforcement requests
11.1We disclose user data only when the law requires it and on a lawful written request from a competent authority, after checking its validity and scope. Where permitted, we tell the user. See the Privacy Policy.
12. Contact, complaints and notices
12.1Contact: info@edly.uz, +998 77 767 43 28. Complaints follow the Complaints Procedure. Formal notices to Edly go to the registered address in the Public Offer.
13. Transfer to a successor
13.1Edly may transfer these Terms and the Platform to a successor entity (for example a company established by its founder) on notice as described in the Public Offer, clause 17. The successor assumes the commitments in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
15. Corporate and institutional customers
15.1An organisation that buys seats for its employees or students signs a separate Corporate and Institutional Licence Agreement. These Terms still apply to each User's own conduct on the Platform (Community Rules, acceptable use, account security); the organisation's agreement governs price, invoicing, seats and reporting.
16. Governing law, language and disputes
16.1Uzbek law governs these Terms. The Uzbek text prevails over translations. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first and then by the competent Uzbek court. Consumers keep any mandatory right to sue at their place of residence.
16.2If a provision is held invalid, the rest continues in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
