Certificate Policy

1. Nature of the certificate

1.1An Edly certificate is a "certificate of completion" of a private online course published on the Edly platform. It records that the named learner completed the Course according to the stated completion rules.

1.2It is not: a state diploma, a document of education or qualification recognised under state education standards, a professional licence or permit, proof of retraining ("qayta tayyorlash") or advanced-qualification training under state rules, or an exam-board result. Edly does not use the words "diploma", "retraining", "qualification" or "accredited" for its certificates.

1.3Certificates are issued in the name of Edly and, where applicable, display the Mentor's name and signature (if the Mentor uploaded a signature image) or a typed name fallback.

2. Issuance

2.1Rules for each Course are on its page: required lessons, minimum quiz score or grade, assignments, attendance (if live), and fair-play rules.

2.2Issuance is automatic when the rules are met. Each certificate has a unique credential ID and a verification URL and QR code.

2.3A certificate shows the learner's name as in the account. The learner is responsible for the accuracy of the name. A name correction is possible on request with identity proof; a corrected certificate replaces the old one.

3. Verification

3.1Anyone may check a certificate on edly.uz by entering the credential ID or scanning the QR code. The page shows: learner name, Course title, issue date, grade (if used) and status (valid or revoked). It does not show contact details or other personal data.

3.2Employers or institutions may ask support for confirmation; we answer only with the information shown on the verification page.

4. Revocation

4.1Edly may revoke a certificate if: it was obtained by fraud, cheating, impersonation or breach of the rules; payment was reversed or refunded; or it was issued by mistake.

4.2We notify the holder with reasons and give 10 working days to respond before revoking, except where fraud is evident and urgent action is needed. The revocation reason and date are recorded; the verification page then shows "revoked".

5. Use of the certificate

5.1Learners may share certificates (for example on LinkedIn) truthfully. They must not alter them or describe them as a state diploma, a degree or a licence.

5.2Edly may take action against misuse.

6. Retention

Certificate records (credential ID, name, course, date, grade, status) are kept while verification is offered, and the PDF is stored for 5 years or until the account is deleted, whichever is later; revoked records are kept with the revocation note.

7. Employers and third parties

Edly does not endorse any learner to any employer and does not guarantee a learner's competence beyond completion of the Course.
